Agreement
By accessing or using the SAMMI Pro Account Linking service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
The Service lets you connect your Patreon account together with your Twitch account and/or YouTube channel. It verifies whether you have an active membership of the SAMMI Patreon campaign and, if so, unlocks SAMMI Pro supporter features inside the SAMMI application for the linked Twitch account and/or YouTube channel.
Account Linking Rules
- You may only link accounts that belong to you.
- A Patreon account can be linked to up to 2 different Twitch accounts and up to 2 different YouTube channels over its lifetime.
- Only one Twitch account and one YouTube channel can be active at a time. You can switch between your linked accounts, but not use them simultaneously.
- If you need a previously linked account removed, contact the SAMMI team (see Contact below).
SAMMI Pro Entitlement
- SAMMI Pro access depends on an active Patreon membership and a successfully linked Twitch account or YouTube channel.
- If your Patreon membership ends or lapses, SAMMI Pro access is deactivated automatically.
- Linking accounts does not grant a permanent license. SAMMI Pro features, benefits, and requirements may change over time.
- Membership payments, billing, and refunds are handled exclusively by Patreon under Patreon's own terms.
Acceptable Use
- Do not link accounts that do not belong to you.
- Do not share, sell, rent, or trade a Patreon membership to give other people SAMMI Pro access.
- Do not attempt to bypass linking limits, fake membership status, tamper with verification requests, or otherwise circumvent the entitlement system.
- Do not abuse, exploit, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its APIs.
- Do not use the Service in a way that violates Patreon, Twitch, YouTube/Google terms, or applicable law.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party platforms for authentication and membership data. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and policies:
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube linking feature you agree to
be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Google's handling of your data is described in the
Google Privacy Policy.
Data Processing
The Service processes limited data needed to operate account linking and Pro verification, including Patreon, Twitch, and YouTube identifiers, account/channel names, and membership amounts. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and Changes
The Service, its features, verification behavior, linking rules, and data retention rules may be changed, limited, paused, or discontinued at any time.
No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or availability of any particular feature.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages, losses, interruptions, failed verifications, deactivated Pro features, data loss, or other issues resulting from use of the Service.
Termination
Access to the Service may be paused, limited, or terminated if abuse, misuse, technical risk, policy violations, or other harmful activity is detected. Linked data associated with abusive behavior may be removed or blocked.
